Job Requirements
Requirements:
c. 5 years' experience in a related role in a restaurant or hospitality environment;
Relevant qualification in tourism, hospitality or a related discipline, or equivalent experience;
Multilingual communication skills;
Creative sensibility with a natural flair for atmosphere, ambiance and the sensory dimensions of hospitality;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across a culturally diverse team;
Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene and health and safety standards;
Strong organisational skills with the ability to support multiple operational priorities simultaneously.
