Job Description

Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and meet customer demand.

Conduct regular analysis of inventory data, sales trends, and market demands to make informed decisions on stock replenishment.

Oversee the order fulfilment process, ensuring timely and accurate order processing to meet customer expectations.

Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to minimize lead times and improve order delivery timelines.

Implement robust stock control measures to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records to maintain accuracy.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and negotiate favourable terms.

Collaborate with procurement teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supplier performance. Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and implement improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, finance, and sales, to streamline end-to-end supply chain processes.

Leverage inventory management software and other relevant technologies to automate processes and maintain accurate records.

Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in inventory management systems.

Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory management.

Analyse data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hotel Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in inventory management.
