Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 39 hours per week
Salary: €36,605 per annum
Ocean Marine, a leading seafood processing and distribution company, requires a Food Safety & QA Coordinator to maintain our HACCP-based Food Safety Management System and ensure regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and review HACCP and quality procedures.
Conduct internal audits and inspections.
Manage documentation, corrective actions and supplier compliance.
Liaise with regulatory bodies (FSAI, SFPA).
Deliver food safety training to teams.
