Annual Salary- 38000 Euros, Working Hrs/Week- 39, Location: Aldborough Court North Strand Road Dublin 1 D01 E4E9
 
Job Description:
Lead enterprise-wide operational strategy covering retail network, supply chain, logistics, and distribution. Oversee implementation of AI-driven demand forecasting, predictive analytics, and ERP system enhancements. Direct central supply chain operations, including vendor negotiations, stock allocation, and last-mile logistics. Design and roll out technology-driven retail transformation initiatives (e.g., self-checkout, digital inventory). Build and execute sustainability frameworks across all stores, warehouses, and distribution channels. Develop enterprise-wide operational KPIs with benchmarking against international retail best practices.
