Job Description:
Oversee end-to-end retail, forecourt, and real estate operations, ensuring seamless daily functioning and alignment with corporate strategy. Drive operational excellence by standardising processes, implementing best practices, and continuously improving efficiency across all business units. Manage supply chain, inventory, and logistics systems to optimise product availability, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery at forecourts and retail outlets. Lead compliance and regulatory adherence across retail, property management, and fuel distribution operations. Implement data-driven performance metrics and dashboards to monitor operational KPIs, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Demonstrate extensive experience in leading multi-site retail, forecourt, and real estate operations with measurable performance outcomes.
Manage large-scale budgets, supply chain networks, and workforce planning to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
Deliver successful track records in scaling retail operations, optimising forecourt performance, and managing commercial property portfolios.
Apply proven expertise in implementing ERP, digital platforms, and analytics-driven operational improvements.
