Kevin McAllen Holdings Ltd. is a reputable Irish construction company specialising in residential and commercial building projects.
We provide high-quality craftsmanship in painting, masonry, and general construction works, with a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and professional standards.
We are now seeking three experienced Painters to join our expanding construction team.
 
Main Responsibilities
 
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling, and priming as required.
Apply paint, varnish, and protective coatings to interior and exterior surfaces.
Perform detailed finishing work, including cutting-in, touch-ups, and decorative finishes.
Work with a variety of materials such as plaster, wood, metal, and masonry.
Follow technical specifications and instructions from site supervisors.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, brushes, rollers, sprayers, and equipment. Comply with all health & safety regulations on-site.
Maintain a clean and organised work area.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Painter in construction or property maintenance.
Strong skills in surface preparation and high-quality finishing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with safety procedures and use of painting equipment.
Reliability, attention to detail, and good time management.
Must be available to work on-site in Ireland for 39 hours per week.
