I & V Construction General Limited is an established Irish construction and maintenance company providing high-quality building, renovation, and plumbing services across residential and commercial projects. We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Plumber to join our growing team based in Dublin.
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, ensuring all work meets safety standards and client specifications.
 
Main Responsibilities
 
Install, maintain, and repair water supply and heating systems in residential and commercial buildings. Diagnose and fix leaks, blockages, and mechanical faults in plumbing systems. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and building plans to complete installation and repair tasks. Test pipe systems and fixtures for leaks using appropriate equipment. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations. Collaborate with other trades (electricians, builders, HVAC technicians) to ensure project efficiency. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organised condition.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Plumber or in a related role within the construction or maintenance sector.
Relevant qualification or apprenticeship in Plumbing or Mechanical Services.
Strong understanding of water, heating, and sanitation systems.
Ability to read and work from blueprints and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills, with strong attention to detail.
Commitment to safety, quality, and high workmanship standards.
Must be available to work on-site in Dublin for 39 hours per week.
