With a strong reputation for quality and reliability, we are dedicated to supporting the dental industry through excellent service and high-performance products.
We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Procurement Officer to join our growing team in Limerick.
 
Main Responsibilities
 
Manage the procurement and stock replenishment of dental materials, consumables, and equipment.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate deliveries with suppliers and internal teams.
Prepare purchase orders, manage supplier databases, and track delivery schedules.
Analyse supplier performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction or process improvement.
Ensure compliance with internal purchasing procedures and regulatory standards.
Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and supply chain optimisation.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably within the healthcare or dental sector.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
Must be available to work on-site in Limerick for 39 hours per week.
