Annual Salary- 50000 Euros, Working Hrs/Week- 40, Location: Suite 312 Q House 76 Furze Road, Sandyford Business Park Dublin 18 D18 TH94
 
Job Description:
Develop and implement project frameworks aligned with PharmaQuant’s business objectives, ensuring the timely delivery of HEOR, RWE, or consulting projects. Lead high-level engagement with pharmaceutical and biotech clients to define project scope, expectations, and KPIs while ensuring long-term relationship growth. Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including health economists, medical writers, statisticians, and data analysts across international geographies. Develop project budgets, monitor burn rates, and optimize resource allocation to maintain project profitability and ensure margin targets are met. Identify potential project risks related to timelines, regulations, or deliverables and implement proactive mitigation strategies, especially in compliance-heavy healthcare domains. Apply Agile or hybrid project management methodologies to complex engagements, facilitating continuous iteration, stakeholder feedback, and adaptive planning. Oversee full project lifecycle from initiation to closeout, including kickoff, execution, QA, delivery, and post-project review with lessons learned. Ensure that all project deliverables (e.g., value dossiers, systematic reviews, economic models) adhere to relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., NICE, EUnetHTA, EMA).
Job Requirements
Deep understanding of HEOR, market access, real-world evidence (RWE), and health policy frameworks
Knowledge of pharmaceutical product lifecycles, clinical trials, and evidence generation
Strong project management skills (scoping, scheduling, budgeting, risk management)
Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, Asana, Trello)
High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and collaborative tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Confluence)
