Job Description:
Develop, implement, and monitor internal control systems and compliance frameworks tailored to operational risks. Conduct periodic audits and risk assessments to proactively identify and remediate regulatory gaps across business operations. Collaborate with legal advisors and regulatory bodies to interpret new legislation and update company policies accordingly. Lead regulatory training and awareness programs for cross-functional teams to foster a culture of compliance. Maintain and update the compliance register, incident logs, and risk matrices for internal and external reporting.
Job Requirements
Hands-on experience managing audits, regulatory inspections, or third-party assessments
Proven track record of policy development and implementation
Experience in working with multidisciplinary teams and engaging with external regulators
Understanding of internal control frameworks (e.g. COSO or ISO 37301 Compliance Management Systems)
Awareness of enforcement trends and emerging compliance risks, including digital and sustainability regulations
