Job Description
This role requires working as part of multi-skilled HVAC, Data Centre, and semiconductor manufacturing team. You will be responsible for conducting remedial works and maintenance services on a range of both commercial and industrial buildings, ensuring the continuity of plant operations and compliance with industry standards. Key responsibilities include: Perform planned preventative maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems. Replace filters, clean, and perform general maintenance checks on air handling units. Assist Senior Site Operatives and Supervisors in reactive repair duties. Assist in HVAC installation projects, including air conditioning and heating system installations. Ensure that clients’ premises are maintained to a high standard of operation and appearance. Ensure full adherence to all Site Safety rules and policies. Work effectively as part of a team. Lead a team of General Operatives. Ensure full adherence to all Site Safety rules and policies. Deliver detailed SPA's. Give toolbox talks as required. Liaise directly with the Customer and GC.

Job Requirements
Requirements: Hands on experience in similar environment including HVAC plant repairs and servicing; Knowledge in the maintenance and repair of systems such as Split AC, VRV systems, Fan Coil Units, Air Handling Units, Boilers, and Pumping Systems and knowledge and previous experience of facility systems desirable. Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision. If transitioning from SA manufacturing, minimum of 1 year experience in Data Centre Semiconductor Pharma site experience required. Minimum 2 years experience from relevant external source. Strong communication skills including good understanding of English. Basic computer literacy, including experience with CMMS and the ability to navigate JCI platforms. Required Certifications: Safe Pass, IPAF, Manual Handling, Work at Heights. Desirable: Lock Out Tag Out; Arc Flash; Certified aluminium scaffolding tower erector. Personal Qualities / Attributes: Punctual with a strong work ethic. Attention to detail in all tasks. Proactive approach to work. Effective communication skills. Adaptable and able to handle varied tasks or work under different conditions. Full Clean Driving License is advantageous.
