The job will consist of
Assisting in the food preparation process.
Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes.
Preparing vegetables and meats.
Assisting Head Chef.
Maintaining a clean working area.
Helping with deliveries and restocking
Assisting with stock rotation.
Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.

Specialising in : Chinese Cuisine Cooking
Minimum Experience Required (Years) : 5 Years of Sous Chef
Languages : English B1-Intermediate, Chinese C2 - Intermediate
Minimum Qualification : Level 5 (incl Leaving Certificate/Leaving Certificate Applied/Leaving Certificate
Vocational Programme)
Ability Skills : Catering, Creativity
