We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef for Sandycove Store & Yard, located at 27–28 Sandycove Road, Dún Laoghaire, Dublin, A96 KD53.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years’ proven experience as a Sous Chef. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished, versatile, and highly skilled professional to contribute to the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food to the highest standards, within a clean, organised, safe, and enjoyable working environment.

The Sous Chef will play a vital role in:
Assisting with the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes to impeccable standards
Maintaining a clean, well-organised, and safe kitchen environment at all times
Upholding and enforcing rigorous food hygiene and safety standards
Preparing ingredients as directed by Senior Chefs
Ensuring accurate measurement of ingredients and consistency in portion control
Managing incoming deliveries and ensuring correct stock rotation
Adhering strictly to HACCP procedures and best practices
A thorough understanding of HACCP principles is essential for this role.
