Traditional Food restaurant attached to a pub in Woodford, Co Galway is looking for an experienced Sous Chef. We are looking for a disciplined and talented Sous Chef to join our leadership team. As second-in-command, you will run the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, ensuring every plate meets our exacting standards. You are a natural leader who thrives in a high-pressure environment and takes pride in mentoring junior chefs. Key Responsibilities Kitchen Supervision: Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen line, ensuring service runs smoothly and efficiently. Quality Control: Maintain consistent food standards, portion sizes, and presentation across all shifts. Stock Management: Assist with inventory, ordering, and minimising waste to protect the bottom line. Safety First: Uphold the highest standards of HACCP, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
