Connemara Sands Hotel requires a Sous Chef for it’s busy kitchen.
Established and well reviewed hotel with award winning bar and restaurant.
You must have at least 5 years chef work experience for this position. And experience in professional cookery.
Main Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Cooking food to order.
Deputizing for the head chef.
Help with maintaining kitchen health and hygiene standards.
Helping with the training of junior chefs.
Job located at CONNEMARA SANDS HOTEL, DERRIGIMLAGH, MANNIN BAY, BALLYCONNEELY, CLIFDEN, CO. GALWAY, H71TY79, IRELAND. Full time permanent position.
39 hours per week.
38,000 Euro per annum salary.
