Job Description

Casey Quickstop (Dock Rd Limerick) Limited is currently seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee and lead the daily operations of our busy Supermac’s / Londis convenience and food service outlet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organise and direct all store operations to maximise sales and profitability;
  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of up to 25 staff, including recruitment, training and performance management;
  • Manage stock control, ordering, inventory and waste reduction;
  • Deliver excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally;
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety, food safety and company standards;
  • Monitor financial performance, cash handling and reporting.

Job Requirements
Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in retail or food service management;
Strong leadership and people management skills;
Commercial awareness with a track record of achieving sales and profit targets;
Knowledge of stock management, health & safety and food hygiene regulations;
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends;
Relevant qualification in business, leadership or management is desirable.
Must be available to work 39 hours per week.
