Annual Salary- 34000 Euros, Working Hrs/Week- 39, Location: 13/14 South Main Street Naas Co. Kildare W91 WK6W
 
Job Description- Analyze demand patterns using sales data to forecast future inventory needs and reduce overstock or shortages. Develop predictive models to improve procurement cycles and minimize food spoilage, focusing on perishables and seasonal variations. Evaluate and optimize supplier performance using KPIs such as lead time, fill rate, cost variance, and service quality. Design route and delivery schedules for fresh produce and packaged goods, minimizing transportation costs and ensuring food safety compliance. Implement real-time inventory tracking systems using POS and back-end integrations to ensure accurate stock visibility across all locations. Conduct ABC analysis to prioritize inventory management efforts for high-impact SKUs and reduce holding costs by streamlining low-turnover items.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience with inventory control, demand planning, supplier coordination, and cost optimization.
Prior exposure to multi-location inventory systems or central kitchen-distribution models is an advantage.
Experience working with POS systems, ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite), or restaurant inventory tools is beneficial.
Advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, macros), Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for data analysis and forecasting.
