Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience with inventory control, demand planning, supplier coordination, and cost optimization.
Prior exposure to multi-location inventory systems or central kitchen-distribution models is an advantage.
Experience working with POS systems, ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite), or restaurant inventory tools is beneficial.
Advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, macros), Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for data analysis and forecasting.
