Job Description
As a key member of the Supply Chain leadership team, your role will be to oversee and optimize all aspects of supply chain data integrity, performance analysis, and strategic planning. You will lead efforts to ensure accurate reporting, efficient processes, and continuous improvement across supply chain operations. This role involves cross-functional collaboration and a strong focus on supporting manufacturing performance and supply continuity.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee preparation and validation of daily production tracking reports to support operational visibility.
  • Manage the issuance and execution of daily build plans and kitting schedules in coordination with production planning.
  • Lead weekly reviews of supplier consignment levels and kanban systems, ensuring alignment with inventory targets and production needs.
  • Monitor and report key supply chain metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Own and govern data maintenance activities related to Oracle routing structures, including standard operations, lead times, yields, and capacity metrics.
  • Act as the central point of contact for all routing and process structure queries, ensuring clarity and accuracy across departments.
  • Collaborate regularly with Team Leads and Group Leads to review Units Per Hour (UPH) and Yield data for capacity planning and efficiency improvements.
  • Lead development and updates of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to supply chain processes.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly freight performance and cost data, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews of supply chain planning parameters in Oracle, including safety stock, yield assumptions, and inventory strategies.
  • Drive the annual update of Oracle UPH data to support budgeting and operational baselines.
  • Provide strategic and operational support on supply chain initiatives and projects as required.
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing supply chain environment, with increasing levels of responsibility.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Deep understanding of routing, BOMs, and production workflows.
Proven analytical capabilities with a strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and collaborative working style.
Experience with document control systems and Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives.
