Knock Electrical Limited is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to drive sales growth and provide technical support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out on-site customer assessments and provide expert advice on appliance repairs and replacements.
Prepare technical quotations for sales of appliances, spare parts and service contracts.
Manage the full sales process: customer visits, consultations, negotiations and closing deals.
Build strong relationships with residential, landlord and commercial clients.
Achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Collaborate with the service team to ensure high customer satisfaction.
