Job Description
Duties Include: Plans and optimises use of drivers, dispatch staff, refrigerated vehicles and transport equipment to ensure efficient delivery and collection operations. Coordinates transport servicing, refrigeration maintenance and repairs to minimise disruption to transport schedules. Monitors transport performance including routing, fuel usage, costs and delivery efficiency, implementing improvements where needed. Oversees loading, handling and transport of chilled and frozen meat products in line with cold-chain and food safety requirements. Ensures compliance with transport regulations including driver hours, tachograph rules, licensing, insurance and road safety standards. Maintains compliance with health & safety requirements relevant to transport operations. Liaises with warehouse teams, customers, suppliers and contractors to coordinate dispatch and delivery schedules. Investigates and resolves delivery delays, transport issues, breakdowns and customer service problems. English required. Russian and/or Ukrainian desired.
 Minimum gross annual remuneration: €36,605 Hours per week: 39 hours
