Job Description

 We are looking for a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our team, where you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of goods across Ireland while maintaining full compliance with transport regulations. In this role, you will operate a rigid or articulated truck in accordance with Irish road safety laws and follow assigned routes and schedules to deliver goods to customer locations. You will conduct thorough pre‑departure vehicle checks, report any issues promptly, and ensure that all goods are properly loaded, secured, and unloaded. Alongside this, you will keep accurate delivery documentation, maintain logs and tachograph records, and communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and warehouse teams. Upholding company policies, RSA regulations, and all legal requirements will form an essential part of your duties, as will keeping the vehicle clean, performing basic maintenance, and consistently professionally representing the company.

Annual Wage: €36605 - €38,000 based on a 39 hour work week.

Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must hold a valid Category CE driving licence and have at least three years of commercial driving experience. You should be able to work independently, manage your time effectively, and communicate professionally with customers. Physical fitness is important, as the role may involve manual loading or unloading, and a safe, responsible driving record is essential. While not required, experience with refrigerated, curtain‑sider, tanker, or ADR vehicles is an advantage, as is holding a forklift licence. Flexibility for early starts, late finishes, or the occasional weekend shift would also be beneficial.
