Munstertint Limited is a professional automotive enhancement company based in Limerick, specialising in window tinting, vehicle wrapping, and paint correction. We are committed to delivering premium-quality finishes and excellent customer service, serving both private and commercial clients across Ireland. We are currently seeking a skilled Vehicle Paint Technician to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will perform a variety of tasks related to automotive refinishing, including window film application, vehicle wrapping, and minor paint correction.
 
Main Responsibilities
 
Apply paint protection films, window tinting films, and vinyl wraps with precision and attention to detail. Perform minor paint repairs and surface correction to restore vehicle appearance and finish quality.
Prepare and clean vehicle surfaces prior to application or repainting.
Mix and match paint colours to achieve exact shade consistency.
Operate spray guns and related equipment for small-scale refinishing.
Ensure that all work meets the company’s quality, safety, and environmental standards. Maintain workshop tools, spraying equipment, and protective materials in clean working order.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Vehicle Paint Technician, Automotive Refinisher, or Wrapper.
Experience with vinyl wrapping, paint correction, or tinting preferred.
Knowledge of automotive paint systems, surface preparation, and application techniques.
Good eye for colour accuracy and surface finish.
Ability to work independently or as part of a small, high-performing team.
Strong commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Must be available to work on-site in Limerick for 39 hours per week.
